To implement the decision-making arrangements issued by the State Council of China on advancing the "Artificial Intelligence+" initiative and to enhance the foundational capabilities in the intelligent era, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Big Data Development Bureau officially announced the first batch of 12 artificial intelligence service platforms recently. Runjian Co., Ltd.'s self-developed "Quchi Artificial Intelligence Open Platform" and "Quchi Data Annotation Platform" were successfully selected, bringing strong momentum into regional digital economic development.
These platforms cover three main categories: computing power services, model services, and data services, providing society with universal, standardized, and professional AI foundational capabilities services. It aims to focus on AI technology research and development, application promotion, and industry empowerment, and create a number of demonstrative and innovative AI service platforms.
In May 2025, Runjian Co., Ltd.'s "Quchi Communication Operations and Maintenance Large Model" was officially registered with the Cyberspace Administration of China, becoming the first large model in Guangxi to be registered with the Central Cyberspace Office. Now, the company's two major AI platforms have been successfully selected as Guangxi's first batch of AI service platforms, marking the company's continued industry recognition for its technological R&D and application service capabilities in the field of artificial intelligence. This will further promote the deep integration of AI technologies with the real economy, empowering intelligent upgrading across various industries.

- Intelligent Agent Platform, a one-stop experience and operation center for creating industry intelligent agents. It integrates the display, experience, management, and capabilities of intelligent entities across various industries, allowing business teams to trial them online. It supports both online and offline trials, as well as small-scale phased trials, ensuring both stability and compliance, making online launches more worry-free. On the operational side, key metrics such as conversation quality, knowledge matching, tool success rates, and response speed can be compared, evaluated, and continuously optimized, making results visible and improvements easier.
- Computing Power Mall, offering ready-to-use multi-specification computing resources. It offers a variety of computing power cards and instances, covering different memory and throughput requirements (such as SE, PE, and edge box series), meeting the full-process needs of training, fine-tuning, and inference. It seamlessly integrates with model production lines and online development, offering flexible and transparent billing and delivery options, including pay-per-use, time-based, or packaged options. With enterprise certification and a standard "consultation-order-delivery-monitoring" process, instances can be seamlessly integrated into the R&D pipeline upon activation, allowing you to directly submit training/fine-tuning services or publish to the large model gateway for inference services with one click.
Quchi Data Annotation Platform

This platform addresses efficiency and accuracy issues in the data annotation stage of the AI industry chain, providing high-quality "data fuel" for AI model training. The Quchi Data Annotation Platform consists of a system interaction layer, functional modules, and a foundational platform layer, covering full workflows from data management, pre-identification processing, task flow, to tool management, flexibly meeting annotation needs for diverse data types and multi-organizational collaboration.
In terms of functions, the foundational platform layer integrates annotation task platform, system management platform, template tools, and data processing libraries, and is fully responsible for task distribution, system operation and maintenance, template standardization, and multi-data type handling, ensuring the stability and high performance of the platform operation. Through rigorous process design and multi-round quality inspection mechanisms, it achieves standardized annotation management.
