The Runjian Party Branch was established in 2016 and upgraded to a Party General Branch in 2022. Guided by the "one-coordinated plan" philosophy, the General Branch has strategically aligned itself with the company’s current business strategy and the distribution of its党员 (Party members). Taking the General Branch as the central hub, it has set up three specialized Party branches—based in Guangxi, Guangdong, and Beijing—serving as key strongholds for Party members. Additionally, it has established Party member pioneer posts across various cities, districts, and counties, along with mobile "Red Flag Teams" for temporary Party members and youth-led volunteer service teams. This robust organizational framework now spans 29 provinces, over 200 cities, and more than 1,200 districts and counties nationwide, effectively driving initiatives in areas such as safe production, project operations, talent development, and corporate culture implementation. By fostering high-quality Party building, the organization is actively propelling the company toward sustainable, high-caliber growth.
