Ultimately, this approach seeks to tackle fundamental bottlenecks—such as limitations in network scalability, user identification issues, and inadequate business control—and enable "unified scheduling," "centralized O&M," and "standardized performance evaluation" across all operational tasks. By consolidating service resources and refining service management frameworks, the project not only minimizes the risk of major incidents but also elevates overall IT O&M efficiency and service quality.

In recent years, with the gradual deployment and construction of the Tianwang Project, along with the progressive adoption of various information systems and cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing and big data, the scale of public security's Tianwang information infrastructure has steadily expanded. This rapid growth, however, has posed significant challenges to Tianwang operations and maintenance, particularly due to the wide geographic distribution of maintenance nodes, the large number of devices, their scattered locations, and the resulting complexities in upkeep. As a result, users now need to dedicate substantial human resources to ensure the stable operation of these critical systems—making it increasingly urgent to enhance both the efficiency and quality of Tianwang's IT maintenance efforts.
